Paid extra for 1-2 expedited shipping for a gift to arrive on time and still havent received my purchase. No response from support team via email and phone number goes straight to a message that no support is available and to try again later. Pretty disappointed in the online store.

Should've read the reviews beforehand! Was lured in by their cheap prices and good discounts but NEVER AGAIN. Items did not ship after an entire week. Reached out to customer service and half of the items in my order were out of stock / on backorder. Nothing on the website indicated this. After numerous follow-ups, they finally shipped out the remaining items in my order. Since when is it the buyer's responsibility to follow up on order status / tracking? I'm still missing an item that was on backorder, which was supposed to ship out last week. Never received anything. Now I'm being ghosted. So happy I paid with PayPal so I can get my money back. Do not have experience with the physical store location but BUYER BEWARE - do not shop online here!! Just read the other reviews!

The most amazing shopping experience I have had in a long time! Excellent products at fair prices and the staff was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Mrs. Lipari is a wonderful lady who really cares about her clients and treats them like family. I loved the experience so much I returned 4 times in the last month to purchase additional items. I will never shop anywhere else for these types of products again. I feel like family when I go there. 5 stars only begins to tell the story!

Ordered a Breville Peel & Dice Food processor from them, excellent service, decent shipping speed, especially at this time of the year. Price was the same as everywhere else, but they had free shipping on it, and they had it in stock while it was BO everywhere else. They even included a nice free gift, tea towel. I'm really happy with my purchase, thank you for your excellent service.
